1. Data that you provide/share with us
In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website. However, if you submit an application to us, for example, or if you are our supplier or customer, we will process the data that you have provided to us and that we require to fulfill the contract. However, you will be informed of this separately.

2. Data that you provide/share through your use of our services
In addition, we receive some data automatically and for technical reasons when you visit our website. Every time a user accesses our website and every time a file is retrieved, access data about this process is stored in the form of log files. The following data is collected:

If you are our customer, we only process the data from you that we need to fulfill the contract. These are the following data categories:

- register extracts, if applicable, and
- our correspondence.
In addition, we may process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (e.g. defense against legal claims or obtaining credit information, which we will inform you of separately) or on the basis of legal obligations (e.g. statutory retention obligations).
If you do not provide us with the data required for the performance of the contract, we will generally have to refuse to conclude a contract or execute the order or will no longer be able to perform an existing contract and will therefore have to terminate it. If you are our supplier, we will only process the data from you that we need to process the contract. These are your master and contact data, contract data, billing and payment data, correspondence and, if applicable, register extracts. VIII. Information for our applicants

The data you provide us with will be used exclusively for handling the application process in our company and then deleted immediately.
By submitting your application documents, you give us your consent to process your documents for the purpose of processing your application.



IX. Consent and right of withdrawal

If your consent is required for the processing of your data, we will only process it after you have given your consent. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you have reached the age of 14 or that you have the consent of your legal representative. Your data security is our utmost concern.
