V. Information for our clients

If you are our client, we only process data necessary for performance of contract. This includes data of the following categories:
- Master and contact data
- Contractual data 
- Billing and payment data
- Register excerpts, if applicable
- Our correspondence
Moreover, we may process your data based on legitimate interest (e.g. prevention from legal claims or obtaining credit checks, which will however be notified separately) or on legal obligation (e.g. legal storage obligations).
In case you are not willing to provide us with data relevant for performance of contract, we have to reject conclusion of contract or performance of service or cannot perform an existing contract anymore and conclusively have to end the respective contract. Your personal data will only be disclosed to other recipients when required for performance of contract such as in the case of banks for payment settlement or contract or business partners who are involved in performance of contract (e.g. logistics handling).
Should you be receiving a newsletter as existing customer, the legal basis for the transmission is our legitimate interest. At the end of each newsletter there is the option to cancel your subscription. Moreover, according to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object the processing of your personal data for the purpose of advertising at any time.

When contacting us via email, the data you provide us with will be saved in order to answer your questions. If you are our supplier, we only process data necessary for performance of contract.
